Meet Our People

John - Project Director/Audio Engineer

John has spent his entire adult life working in the professional audio and video business. He has spent tens of thousands of hours in recording studios as a producer, a technician and as a professional musician. During the 1980's and 90's he worked with every type of analog audio tape in existence. When the digital-recording revolution hit in the 1990's, he was right in the middle of it. Over the years he has even taught media development at two different colleges. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience and passion to the company.

Barb - Official "Go To" Person

Barb can do almost anything and does almost everything. She operates machines, works in quality control, manages files and hard drives, and much more. She began working in the studio several years ago and became particularly experienced with noise reduction. She brings a great deal of talent and technical know-how to the company.

Jess - Tape Operator and Quality Control

Jess began working in recording studios in the 1980's. He is an accomplished musician, an incredible vocalist and has one of the best trained ears around. In the 1990's he heard the call of Uncle Sam and spent several years in the U.S. Air Force as a Jet Engine Mechanic! He brings a lifetime of experience and a passion for great audio to the company.

All of our digitizing machines are operated on a completely internet-isolated network. In other words, there is no access to the internet from any of our digitizing computers. In a world where even banks and government are vulnerable to network hackers, we are not. Your private and personal video recordings are safe from computer hackers in our studio.
